I called TW Heat with a leak coming from our boiler and no hot water, Joe arrived not long after and inspected the boiler, talked me through what was wrong, and what parts needed to be changed. He managed to get these parts the same day and was back up and running in no time!! Highly recommend TW Heat and will be recommending to all.

Joe came and done all of the plumbing in the loft conversion in march. So TW I called when the downstairs toilet was leaking. Fixed straight away and no problems since. Very neat and tidy workers. We recommend our plumber when anyone asks.

TW Heat exchanged our old tank system for a new combi boiler in our rented Church Accommodation. From the quoting stage through to finishing up the work was fantastic. Staff were polite, tidy and made minimal disruptions for the tenants. Once finished, the engineers took time to help each tenant use the new system.
